As a PNB customer, I'm forced to update KYC every 3-6 months or risk account freeze. Despite being in the tech era, there's no option to do this online. I’ve missed work twice a year just to update KYC. Now, they say it will take 7-10 days to reactivate my account. Is this the kind of progress we want for our nation?
With this attitude, 1000 years later we will still be a developing nation. -
