What's so special about Mexican food?

I guess some Unitedstatians have really poor diets, so their stomachs can't handle any amount of fiber.

Not fiber as much as spicy sauce.

I think the original intent of the meme is that a nurse or a CNA would be cleaning up after their bowel movement.

But these people are clearly mobile enough that they can certainly use the bathroom by themselves, and the way they're looking at each other it kind of gives a different vibe.

^ Literally two weeks ago when I visited. She had a refried bean burrito. But then again, what did I expect-- she made me reboil her plate of carbonara until it was mush; although I guess that's on me to assume she can eat normal consistency pasta.
