    That's the point where you just accept defeat and don't enter your calories for that day, telling yourself you'll somehow make up for it by not eating anything for the next 72 hours

    No need to make up for it, just continue the deficit normally 🙂 Consistency is what matters, and breaks are totally fine as long as you are moving towards your goal!

      I move it over the night before. You can just leave it out for a few hours I think

        not sure what kind of fatty icing sugar monstrosity you've been eating, but 8.8kcal per slice is beyond absurd and no wonder you've had to adjust your lifestyle.

          My original intent was the bakers slice, 1/3 or 1/5 of a cake would be 800 but I fucked it up

              I was a silly goose once, expecting people to show up for my birthday...so i ordered 3 cakes.

              We ended up eating all 3 in 2 days with just the two of us.
